Thamara went out of her way to help me out with extremely short notice! She was extremely responsive from the very beginning, very professional, and was very direct and explained her services thoroughly to make sure she can meet my needs. She agreed to clean my house on very short notice on Thanksgiving morning! She came at 7 am and cleaned every corner of my apartment after my apartment went through weeks of renovation and construction. She organized every room, bathroom, and kitchen, in addition to deep cleaning! When I came back to my apartment, I couldn’t recognize it myself as she did such a phenomenal job and made my apartment look brand new! I recently hired Thamara to deep clean my aging father’s home, which had accumulated a lot of dust, grime, and cobwebs over time. I am beyond impressed with her work! Thamara arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, tackling every corner of the house with care and attention to detail. Not only did she clean the home from top to bottom, but she also organized it thoughtfully, making sure everything had a place. I was especially touched by how she went the extra mile by displaying pictures of my father’s grandchildren in his bedroom. It really brought warmth and life back to the space. When she finished, the house was immaculate—it smelled fresh, clean, and inviting. Thamara was not only professional but incredibly kind and considerate, which made the experience even better. "I and truly beyond impressed with Thamara and the services she provided for me. I reached out to her a few weeks ago regarding scheduling a cleaning at my sister’s house on a Sunday morning following a 40th surprise party I was throwing her. I was pretty nervous as I have never hired a house cleaner before and more importantly she would not be cleaning my house, but my sisters. She was extremely professional in her messages and also very patient with me as I continued to reach out a few times with various questions, including changing the time on her last minute! The morning of the cleaning, Thamara was punctual, greeted my sister with a "Happy Birthday!" And then proceeded to tell her to go rest! Thamara spent hours cleaning as my sister and her family were in and out of their house. Anytime someone stopped back at the house, including my husband at one point, they found Thamara deep into her cleaning! Not only was my sister’s home absolutely spotless...I’m talking ✨SPARKLING CLEAN✨, Thamara also went above and beyond to do some of the extra little things like emptying the dishwasher and putting away some folding tables/chairs which she had been told she did not have to do!
