Thamara went out of her way to help me out with extremely short notice! She was extremely responsive from the very beginning, very professional, and was very direct and explained her services thoroughly to make sure she can meet my needs. She agreed to clean my house on very short notice on Thanksgiving morning! She came at 7 am and cleaned every corner of my apartment after my apartment went through weeks of renovation and construction. "I and truly beyond impressed with Thamara and the services she provided for me. I reached out to her a few weeks ago regarding scheduling a cleaning at my sister’s house on a Sunday morning following a 40th surprise party I was throwing her. I was pretty nervous as I have never hired a house cleaner before and more importantly she would not be cleaning my house, but my sisters. There is no set amount of time – it all depends on the current condition of your home.

Yes! The only thing we ask of our clients is to provide trash bags and paper towels. Our properly trained and specialized team will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools and cleaning products.

No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything!

We prefer cash but we also accept check or Zelle. If you choose Zelle, we will charge an additional 6% plus on the total amount. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.

We don’t have any policies regarding cancellation. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule to please give us at least 72 hours notice. This gives us time to reorganize our schedule and offer the time slot to another person who is waiting.
